Every “Body” Is Different

I’ve noticed on plenty of social media sites that people are arguing there’s only one true way to lose weight and everyone thinks THEIR way is THE way. Let me nip that in the bud right now: what works for you doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll work for somebody else. Scientifically speaking, every body is different. You might have similar body types, but that doesn’t mean you can train the same and get the same results. So before someone argues you down about how their way is the greatest thing since sliced bread, remember that’s nonsense! Happy training my friends 🙂
